Head Strength & Fitness Coach
Callum co-founded Ultimate Shred Academy in 2022 and leads all strength and fitness coaching. His Ultimate Strength sessions are built around progressive strength programming with a community edge. Callum also runs PT Launch Lab, a fitness education programme training the next generation of personal trainers across Yorkshire.

Head Boxing Coach
Ryan co-founded Ultimate Shred Academy and leads all boxing coaching — adults and juniors. He's built the boxing programme from the ground up with a focus on proper technique, discipline, and genuine skill development. Ryan runs all junior sessions and co-coaches the adult boxing with Neil.

Boxing Coach
Neil co-coaches the adult boxing sessions alongside Ryan. With a strong boxing background, Neil brings calm, measured coaching to every session — focused on building real technique and confidence in a no-ego environment.

HIIT Coach
Rebecca leads the Ultimate HIIT session every Monday evening. Her sessions are high-energy, full-body conditioning classes built to push your cardio and build functional fitness — accessible to all levels but never easy.

Hyrox Coach
Terri brings Hyrox-style training to Ultimate Shred Academy with her T-Rox sessions every Tuesday evening. Running, rowing, sled work, ski erg and functional movements — built for competition prep or anyone wanting a next-level conditioning challenge.
