Anyone 16+, all experience levels
What to expect
Stance, guard and combination work, pad work, conditioning, and controlled sparring for those who want it.
Beginners?
Yes — no experience needed.
Why it helps
Builds real boxing skill, full-body fitness, and confidence under pressure.

Beginners Boxing

Who it's for
Total beginners or those new to boxing
What to expect
Slower-paced session focused on the basics — stance, footwork, jab, fundamentals. No sparring, no pressure.
Beginners?
This IS the beginners class.

A safe, welcoming entry point before stepping into adult sessions.

Junior Boxing Club

Who it's for
Ages 8–16, all ability levels
What to expect
Structured termly curriculum. Discipline, technique, fitness, confidence. No contact unless progressed and consented.
Beginners?
Yes — most juniors start here.

Builds character, focus, and lifelong habits in young people.

Ultimate Strength

Anyone wanting structured strength training
What to expect
Coached barbell and strength circuits with progressive programming — beginner through to chasing PBs.

Ultimate HIIT

Who it's for
Anyone wanting cardio and conditioning
What to expect
High-intensity interval training. Full-body conditioning that pushes your cardio. No equipment bias — just hard work.
Beginners?
Yes — Rebecca scales the intensity to your level.
Why it helps
Big calorie burn, fitness improvements you can feel within weeks.

T-Rox (Hyrox-style)

Who it's for
Anyone wanting next-level conditioning or Hyrox prep
What to expect
Running, rowing, ski erg, sled work and functional movements combined. Hyrox-inspired throughout.
Beginners?
Yes — but expect to work hard.
Why it helps
Great for general fitness or for serious Hyrox competition prep.
Tuesday — 6pm

Open Gym

Who it's for
Members training independently
What to expect
Full access to barbells, racks, dumbbells, bags, kettlebells and cardio kit during opening hours.
Beginners?
Yes — every member gets a free 4-week programme on joining.

Train at your own pace, on your own schedule, in a focused space.
