Strength Circuits
Callum's signature session. Coached barbell and strength circuits with progressive programming. Whether you're new to lifting or chasing a PB, this builds real strength.
High Intensity Training
High-intensity interval training led by Rebecca. Full-body conditioning that pushes your cardio and builds functional fitness. No equipment bias — just hard work and results.
Hyrox-Style Workout
Terri's Hyrox-inspired functional fitness sessions. Running, rowing, ski erg and functional movements combined. Great for competition prep or general fitness.
Ages 8–16
Three sessions per week for young people aged 8–16. Structured curriculum with termly enrolment. Builds discipline, technique, fitness and confidence under Ryan's expert coaching.
Technique-Led
Technique-led adult boxing from beginner through to controlled sparring. Ryan and Neil run tightly coached sessions that progress at your pace in a no-ego environment.
